I puchased a photosmart E327 in November and when I was on vacation in April I was shooting pictures and suddenly my camera froze the only way I could do anything with the camera was to open the battery compartment then when I wanted to view my pictures I had the same problem after so may shots again it would only let me do anything by opening the battery compartment. I have called and mentioned this your staff are always polite however I was told the last time I called my warrenty has expired I personally think three months is rediculious I will never by another hp camera and I will not recomend them. disatisfied customer.
