What are the top complaints regarding web design work?

For those of you who have had a site designed (or know someone who has) what complaints do/did you have about the end result? Also, what's your top complaints regarding the work relationship with the designer?

1. My main complaint is the cost of it all because it is very expensive especially for a retail site with credit card processing and if you find you you need something else that you forgot in the original design then they charge you a fortune for an add on.
