Endowment Complaints

What to do when complaints to animal welfare about sick cats goes on with nothin being done?

Many complaints over the years have been made, nothing has been done. A dead decomposed cat was discovered under the bed and in 12 months there has been 21 cats and only 9 left and 7 of those were only born 6 months ago. 4 are female so the cycle will start over again. Cats are dying of cat flu and are made live in a room 10FT12ft with no litter trays and no fresh water given daily. What steps can be taken when nothing is being done? Complaints goes nowhere.

  1. Depends on what you are talking about, is this in someone's home? Are they in an empty house? Either way, if complaints to the humane society arnt getting you anywhere, take pictures and go to the local courthouse. Animal neglect/cruelty are indeed crimes and with evidence they will HAVE to do something.
  2. GET THEM OUT OF THERE!!!!! tell the ppl how important this is. anddd call the police, this is breaking the law because there shouldnt be that many cats at one residence. its also animal cruelty, two offenses and they need to be there to allow the arrest anyway. try to give them water and food if you can
  3. What country are you in? What city? Who have you notified so far? Details please.
  4. Call the health department next. It's a sanitation issue now.
  5. get them out of there
