How do I find complaints about a certain mortgage company?

I typed in the name of the company and I got consumer complaints but nothing is listed, why would they put the name of the company on line but now show the list of complaints?

1. BBB or the department of banking for for state
2. The Better Business Bureau has a website where you can look up companies. I think it's www.bbb.com but not positive. You can search better business bureau and find it.
