Endowment Policy Claims?

Anyone made a claim because their Endowment Policy has not made what they were promised? I need advice on how to make a claim, where to go for GOOD advice. I need sample letters to write to the compamies involved. Got any good advice, ideas or sources?

2. If you try to do this yourself you will fall flat on your face - you need legal advice - endownment claims are complex - there are lots of companies dealing with endownment shortfalls - look on the net and one in particular advertises on TV.
3. My claim was successful earlier this year.The company i used i found on the internet .Try www.claimhandlers.co.uk The reason i chose them was because they were one of the cheapest.From start to finish it took about eight weeks. Good luck.If you need any more info. e-mail me via yahoo.
4. if you feel that information regarding any insurance policy was misrepresented to you so that you would purchase it, then contact you insurance commissioner and make a claim... they will tell you how to proceed. there is something called errors and ommissions, this can be claimed against any insurance agent. see if you have an e and o claim. call on insurance commissioner, they are elected and are advocates for the public.
