I puchased a photosmart E327 in November and when I was on vacation in April I was shooting pictures and suddenly my camera froze the only way I could do anything with the camera was to open the battery compartment then when I wanted to view my pictures I had the same problem after so may shots again it would only let me do anything by opening the battery compartment. I have called and mentioned this your staff are always polite however I was told the last time I called my warrenty has expired I personally think three months is rediculious I will never by another hp camera and I will not recomend them. disatisfied customer.   3. My husband's digital camera was doing that too....what it turned out to be is that it needed new batteries. Rechargeable batteries are a waste of money. They only hold a 1/4 of the charge that regular batteries have. I threw all mine away and went back to regular ones. It cost more, but there's less aggravation. Before you start writing to companies, change your batteries first and see if that's the problem...if not, THEN complain to the companies.
  4. I hate to be the one who has the nerve to say it but HP and Kodak digitals are known for being pieces of crap. I have noticed a great number of questions about these two brands on this website over and over again. Sorry for your troubles.
